(1). អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (UN) ជាពិសេសក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខ និងគណៈកម្មាធិការសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ត្រូវចាត់វិធានការអន្តរាគមន៍ជាបន្ទាន់ ដោយបង្កើតយន្តការតាមដានព្រំដែន និងបញ្ចេញសម្ពាធលើភាគីថៃ ដែលជាជនបង្ករ ដើម្បីគោរពកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាព និងច្បាប់មនុស្សធម៌អន្តរជាតិ។
(2). អាស៊ាន៖ ក្នុងនាមជាសហគមន៍តំបន់ ត្រូវតែដើរតួនាទីអន្តរការីកាន់តែសកម្ម ដើម្បីសម្រួលដល់ការចរចា កាត់បន្ថយភាពតានតឹង និងស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយដោយសន្តិវិធីយូរអង្វែងរវាងកម្ពុជា និងថៃ។
(3). សហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ និង សប្បុរសជន៖ សូមថ្កោលទោសជាសាធារណៈ ចំពោះការរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ដោយភាគីថៃ និងប្រើឥទ្ធិពលរបស់អ្នក ដើម្បីទាមទារឱ្យមានការគោរពច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ។
IPA urgently appeals to the international community as follows:
(1). The United Nations (UN), especially the Security Council and the Human Rights Committee, to take immediate measures to intervene by establishing a border monitoring mechanism and exert pressure on the Thai side, which is the perpetrator, to respect the peace agreement and international humanitarian law.
(2). ASEAN: As a regional community, it must play a more active intermediary role to facilitate negotiations, reduce tensions, and seek a long-term peaceful solution between Cambodia and Thailand.
(3). The international community and donors: Please publicly condemn the human rights violations by the Thai side and use your influence to demand respect for international law.
